PACSystems RXi rugged HMI provides intuitive graphics, smartphone-like usability, and HTML 5 for collaboration from anywhere. Unlike traditional resistive displays, it’s designed with a projective, capacitive touchscreen that lets users easily interact with the visual display using 10-point, multitouch capabilities, such swipe, pinch or zoom to move to the next screen or expand a chart.
RXi HMI is preloaded and prelicensed with Movicon WebHMI software, so it’s ready to operate out of the box. Its data trending tool delivers clear snapshots of productivity and quality, while its SQLite database tool and PAC analyzer help users troubleshoot problems and minimize downtime. It provides protocol support with OPC UA for better data contextualization, as well as MQTT for easy cloud connectivity.
RXi HMI protects against wet applications with certifications for high-pressure water jets and marine use with an IP66 water resistance rating, as well as approvals for use in temperatures from -20 °C to 65 °C. It’s also resistant to chemicals, impact, scratches and dust, and is designed in accordance with IEC 62443 cybersecurity standard.
