nVent HOFFMAN announced that it has acquired the Vynckier product line, expanding the nVent HOFFMAN non-metallic enclosures portfolio and quick-turn customization capabilities. This acquisition also strengthens nVent HOFFMAN's presence in high-growth verticals within electrical infrastructure, the company says.
With this acquisition, nVent says it's building upon its longstanding relationship with Vynckier to provide the most comprehensive non-metallic enclosure offering through experienced technical sales experts and established distributor networks.
The acquisition expands nVent HOFFMAN’s portfolio with highly complementary Vynckier and Soltection non-metallic product lines, particularly in high growth verticals and applications, including solar, utilities and 5G.
