AQ6373E visible wavelength and AQ6374E wide-range optical spectrum analyzers feature high resolution and close-in dynamic range.
AQ6373E covers the 350 nm to 1,200 nm wavelength range. In addition to a standard performance model, the lineup now includes a high-resolution model optimized for laser evaluation applications, and a limited model designed for production testing applications.
AQ6374E can evaluate light-emitting devices such as lasers, and also characterize optical fibers. It provides a wide measurement wavelength range of 350 nm to 1,750 nm.
Both optical spectrum analyzers feature an APP mode designed to speed up R&D and production testing. APP mode provides a device under test (DUT) user interface, which navigates users from configuration setting to test results outputs, so even those unfamiliar with optical spectrum analyzers can use them easily. They also have a large LCD touch panel, making operation easier and more intuitive.
