On-line water hardness measurement
CA80HA has a colorimetric analyzer that uses the phthalein purple method, ensuring direct comparability to lab results. It measures calcium carbonate (CaCO3) over a range of 0 to 80 mg/l with accuracy of ±0.5 mg/l. The analyzer has up to two measuring channels and up to four digital inputs for optional Memosens sensors such as pH, ORP, conductivity, oxygen, chlorine, turbidity, etc.
With optional sensors, CH80HA can:
- Measure and calculate pH from two conductivity values according to VGB Standard 405 forboiler feedwater;
- Measure the difference between two measured values from different sources to monitor membranes;
- Calculate differential conductivity to monitor the efficiency of ion exchangers;
- Calculate degassed conductivity for process controls in power plants; and
- Calculate rH from the measured values of a pH and an ORP sensor
Outputs from CA80HA can be used to directly control water processes as the process variables in a control loop; be assigned as a measured variable to a limit contactor; trigger cleaning; be sent to a control system for further analysis; and/or be displayed on the local graphic display, which has 240 x 160-pixel resolution, red display background for alarms and user-definable measuring menus.
Outputs include Profibus DP (Profile 3.02), Modbus TCP, Modbus RS485, EtherNet/IP and up to four 4-20mA current outputs that can be used in parallel.
When Memosens sensors are installed in the system, they're auto-recognized by Liquiline's electronics, making for plug-and-play operation and quick commissioning. Any changes to the electronics can be made by simply adding or subtracting I/O modules, making this plug-and-play as well. The analyzer is designed for automatic cleaning and calibration, eliminating the need for user intervention to perform these activities, reducing the overall operating cost.
CA80HA also complies with harmonized European, Canadian and U.S. standards, including CAN/CSAC22.2 No. 61010-1-12 UL Std. No. 61010-1 (3rd edition).
Hybrid laser for low-cost continuous emissions monitoring
Optimized for cold and dry applications running at ambient pressure, CT4400 analyzer offers QCL/TDL technology, including high sensitivity, accuracy, improved stability and low-drift performance in a configuration that allows fast, easy integration into existing plant infrastructure.
Because it can hold up to four laser modules, CT4400 can measure up to seven application-specific gas components simultaneously, providing flexibility in continuous emissions monitoring systems (CEMS) applications. This simultaneous, multi-component analysis in one analyzer reduces the need for and cost of multiple analyzers.
The heart of Rosemount CT4400 is QCL technology, which detects gas molecules in the near- and mid-infrared wavelength ranges. It employs a patented laser chirp technique that enables detection of individual gas species, free from the cross-interference effects of other gas components in stream, making the measurement highly accurate and stable down to sub ppm concentrations.

Flue gas measure, monitor
MCS200HW delivers wear-free gas distribution through ejector pumps, while an integrated oxygen sensor measures oxygen, and optional TOC measurements can be supplemented via an integrated MS811 Fidori device.
Internal reference point monitoring is also available that allows quick checks of measured values with test gases. A certified digital Modbus interface and the task assistant are integrated into the software to ease operation.
Other benefits include:
- Reliable measurement results, even for water-soluble gas components;
- Only one analyzer necessary for simultaneous monitoring of up to 12 gas components;
- Measurement components can be put together flexibly and extended at any time;
- Convenient, task-oriented operation;
- Remote access without additional software;
- High availability due to certified internal third-party monitoring (QAL3) without test gases;
- Low service costs thanks to minimal maintenance requirements; and
- Complete data transmission through only one interface possible

FLXA402 works with existing analog sensors (pH/ORP, conductivity, inductive conductivity and dissolved oxygen), optical dissolved oxygen sensors, and with SA11 and its dedicated sensors. By using FLXA402 with SA11 and their peripheral BA11 junction box, it's possible to connect up to five sensors, reducing both system cost and footprint. To transfer diagnostics and other data to a host system, FLXA402 supports HART7 and Modbus protocols. They also facilitate connection to the cloud and construction of an IIoT environment s for improved field maintenance.

FCX80 also features digital communications and amperometric sensing based on polarographic technology that relies on gold/silver materials and a PTFE membrane. It operates at 0-50 °C (32-122 °F), and its response time is T90 in 2 minutes. The only maintenance required is the replacement of its economical electrolyte solution at up to 12 months.
FCX80 has a plug-and-play design that incorporates a constant-head flow control device, pH sensor, free chlorine sensor and analyzer/transmitter conveniently mounted on a PVC panel. Users simply connect the sample and drain lines, connect power and outputs, and FCX80 is ready to use in less than 30 minutes. Its standard configuration features two 4-20 mA outputs, three single-pull/double-throw (SPDT) alarm relays and a Modbus remote telemetry unit(RTU).
